Youth (Nuoret)

Youth Department (Nuorisoasiainkeskus)

The Youth Department provides leisure activities for young people aged 9-18 years. Activities for young people at more than 60 premises all over Helsinki include cultural and hobby opportunities and the chance to exert their influence through their inclusion in the planning and implementation of the activity programme.

The Youth Department also organises a number of youth events, and provides support and counselling. Entry is by applying for a free Youth Department membership card.
