It is also a good idea to ask around; talk to friends, neighbours and relatives, who may know of available housing. It is important that you are active in your search for accommodation.

The elderly and the disabled have the opportunity to live in service housing. This means that various types of support and help are readily available. It is also possible to live in an institution. More information is available from the social services department of your municipality or region.

Temporary accommodation in a crisis situation
