Health counselling telephone service in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area
Calls may always be made to the Health Counselling Service 09 100 23 when you need information about health care services or advice on how to treat illnesses. The service is available in Finnish, Swedish and English.
The service, which operates around the clock, is confidential and enquiries are answered by experienced nurses and health care professionals. The cost of the call is based on the operator’s charge plus the local network fee.

If your child should fall ill, contact the nearest health centre or call the 24-hour health counselling service on 09 100 23.
