The Suomi.fi website has links to information on hiking and boating as well as on tourism. The website of the Ministry of the Environment has information on exploring nature and the everyman’s right. The Luontoon.fi website (and Hiking Pages in English) of the Finnish forest administration enterprise (Metsähallitus) provides information on hiking and the best hiking places. The National Sport Databank in Finland has information on nature trails and recreational areas in Finnish and in Swedish.
