Financing of the company must be carefully planned before the company is founded. Money is always needed in entrepreneurial activity, so it is important that there is sufficient capital at the outset. A person embarking on entrepreneurship may obtain a start-up grant to support his livelihood in the early stages of his business operations. The start-up grant is provided by the applicant’s local employment office. The grant is for a maximum of 10 months. As an alternative an entrepreneur can obtain payroll support to assist in paying the wages of employees. These financial aids are not, however, for the purpose of financing the company.
