Hallitus ja toimihenkilöt
In an association meeting, a Board of Directors is appointed for the association. The Board must consist of at least one chairman and two other members. The Board of Directors cannot decide on matters that are defined by law as subject to a decision resulting from a general meeting (for example changing the rules of the association or suspending members of the Board of Directors or auditors). The members of the Board of Directors work for the association voluntarily; they are not paid.
An association must have at least one auditor and one substitute auditor. The auditors must not be members of the Board of Directors of the association.
